Refund Policy – Hotel MV

At Hotel MV, all bookings are non-refundable. However, we offer a date change option to provide flexibility to our guests.


Non-Refundable Booking Policy

All reservations made with Hotel MV are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any time, including same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, or last-minute plan changes.


Advance Payments

Any advance or full payment made to confirm a booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.


Date Change Option (Flexible Alternative)

Guests may request a one-time date change instead of cancellation.
Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to room availability.
If the new date has a higher tariff, the difference must be paid. If the new date has a lower tariff, the difference will not be refunded.
Date changes are not allowed for same-day bookings or within 24 hours of check-in.


No-Show Policy

Failure to check in without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking will be non-refundable and non-modifiable.


Early Check-Out

No refund will be provided for unused nights in case of early departure.


Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or Booking.com will follow the respective platform’s policies. However, Hotel MV’s standard policy remains non-refundable.


Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors from the hotel’s side. All such cases will be reviewed at the discretion of Hotel MV management.
