Terms & Conditions – Hotel MV

Welcome to Hotel MV. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


Booking & Confirmation

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Hotel MV via call, message, email, or booking platform.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of errors or unforeseen circumstances.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:30 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:30 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

  • An advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
  • The remaining balance must be settled at check-in.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and other available payment methods.

Cancellation & No-Show

  • Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the specified time before check-in.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the booking terms.

Guest Identification

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in without valid identification.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property and other guests.
  • Illegal activities, misconduct, or disturbance will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Visitors Policy

  • Only registered guests are allowed in rooms.
  • Visitors may be permitted in common areas with prior approval from management.

Damage to Property

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property.
  • Repair or replacement charges will be applicable.

Hotel Services

  • Services such as cafeteria, restaurant, gaming zone, tourist assistance, and airport transfers are subject to availability and operational hours.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain services like pickup and drop-off.

Airport Transfer Service

  • Airport pickup and drop-off services must be requested in advance.
  • Hotel MV is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or external factors.

Liability

  • Hotel MV is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to take care of their valuables at all times.

Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Policy Changes

  • Hotel MV reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
