Booking Policy – Hotel MV

At Hotel MV, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please review our booking policies before making a reservation.

1. Reservation & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation via call, message, or email from Hotel MV.
  • Guests may be required to provide valid identification and contact details at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12.:30 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:30 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

  • Guests may be required to pay an advance amount to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in.
  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, and other available payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation may be available if done within [X hours/days] before check-in.
  • Cancellations made after this period may incur charges.
  • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount or the advance may be non-refundable.

5. ID Proof Requirement

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
  • Local ID policies may apply as per hotel rules.

6. Guest Policy

  • Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms.
  • Visitors may be allowed in common areas with prior approval from management.

7. Airport Pickup & Drop

  • Airport transfer services are available on request and may be chargeable.
  • Guests are advised to inform the hotel in advance to arrange pickup/drop-off services.

8. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Charges will apply for any loss or damage to hotel assets.

9. Hotel Rights

  • Hotel MV reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel a booking if policies are not followed or in case of misconduct.
  • Management decisions in such cases will be final.

10. Special Services

  • Facilities like the gaming zone, cafeteria, and tourist assistance are subject to availability and operational hours, and will be charged extra
